Project Details

PMC completed the redevelopment of a former empty office building and surrounding car park opposite Bracknell & Wokingham College in Larges Lane, Edenfield into 48 urgently-needed affordable homes in the town in August 2019.

The new 6-storey apartment complex offer 33 one- and two-bedroom apartments and eight two-bedroom apartments for shared ownership. It will also include two duplex apartments and an apartment above a mews.

In addition there are 7 three-storey, three-bedroom townhouses with undercroft parking and private back gardens. Two of these will be available for affordable rent, and five for shared ownership sale. The two halves of the development is separated with a large car park for the apartment residents.
